DELIVERY OF ALL PRODUCTS ORDERED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €70 INCL. VAT!

For orders under €70 incl. VAT a delivery fee of €5 incl. VAT is charged

Orders placed by 2:00 pm are processed the same day

Orders placed after 2:00 pm are processed on the next working day.

If the item you ordered is not available, we will contact you to let you know the delivery time and to confirm the order.

The delivery cost is calculated automatically in the order total and is shown below the information about the ordered item.

Payment methods:

• Cash on delivery – you pay for the products to the courier at the time of delivery.
• Online by debit/credit card before completing the order on the website.
• By proforma invoice (bank transfer) – if you prefer this payment method, please contact us to arrange the details

Delivery methods:

To fulfil your orders as quickly as possible, we work with various courier companies or use our own transport, depending on the delivery address and the couriers' workload.

We deliver to:

1. Home address
2. SPEEDY office or locker (if the size allows)
3. SAMEDAY locker (if the size allows)

The delivery fee does not depend on your choice of delivery, only on the order total!

Important note about delivery:

When delivery is by our own transport: in accordance with the website's terms and conditions, Art. 52 (1), parcels weighing up to 20 kg are delivered to the recipient's door, provided there is normal vehicle access to the address. Parcels weighing over 20 kg are delivered to the ground floor/entrance of the building at the given address. The recipient's assistance with unloading/receiving these parcels is appreciated.

When delivery is by a courier company: the terms and conditions of the respective company apply.
